There are two reasons why a confirmed bid can be considered invalid:
- You have entered an invalid value in the "Bid Amount" field. Make sure that your bid amount contains only numbers. Do not enter any dollar signs ($) or commas (,) etc. into the bid amount field. Also, do not enter any cent increments. Only whole dollar amounts will be applied.
- Your bid amount is less than the "Next Bid" value. Make sure that your bid is equal to or greater than the current "Next Bid" value shown on the listing page.
Once you have submitted your confirmed bid, it cannot be retracted except in the case of obvious typographical errors or an error in the item's listing. In this case, e-mail support@beadbidz.comwith all applicable information, including your username, the type of error, and the items listing number. A customer service representative will review your request and make a determination based on the information you provide.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receiving your item. You need to log in to our site and contact us through the messaging system or call us. You can then be issued a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Also by calling us our customer service representatives can also issue you RMA #.
An RMA # or Return of Merchandise Authorization # is used to track returns. We cannot process a return without you first obtaining an RMA #. Typically the RMA# is your item number that you purchased along with your screen name.
RMA #’s correspond with the specific items you selected to return. However, if you wish to ship all items in one box, please separate all items with their own specific RMA # so that we are able to process your return in a timely fashion.
A refund will be applied within 2 weeks of BeadBidz.com receiving your package. Refunds are applied to the same method of payment initially used for the order.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
BeadBidz.com does not carry similar items at all times, thus leaving the opportunity of replacing damaged item with the same exact one out of the question. However, you do have the ability to receive a credit for the purchase to bid on other unique items.
You will be given the option to be given store credit or have a check mailed to you. Checks can take up to 30 days to be issued.

If an item is found to be in good condition and as described, you are assessed a 15% re-stocking fee. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be assessed the fee until the merchandise has been returned and inspected.
Once notified, BeadBidz.com will issue an RMA# and schedule a pick up call tag with FedEx for the item. An individual item that exceeds $100.00 must be picked up by FedEx.
No. All refused packages that are international will be assessed a 35% refusal fee. Domestically refused packages will forfeit shipping cost on the refund. Accept the package and contact customer service to set up an RMA #.
