In order to participate in our auctions, BeadBidz.com requires all to register and become a member of our community. You will need to select a Username, which is the name you will be known by, while you are using our website. All Usernames will be viewable by all BeadBidz.com members through out the bidding process. You will be asked to provide a password to make sure your BeadBidz.com account is secure and only accessible by you the user. Future changes to password in the future are available; however, Username changes are not, so please chose a name you can remember.

Your contact information is very important and the validity of both your address and your email are essential. This is required so that we are able to stay in touch with you with any order processing or errors in the future. BeadBidz.com does not release or sell any registered information to third parties and this information will not be used for marketing purposes. BeadBidz.com users are permitted ONLY 1 (one) account. Multiple accounts will be permanently deactivated.

After submitting your registration information, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message from BeadBidz.com requiring activation of your account. After the activation process if complete (takes less than 10 seconds depending on internet connection) you will be able to begin bidding immediately.

BeadBidz.com reserves the right to terminate any BeadBidz.com user accounts or memberships without prior notice.

To log in to your BeadBidz.com account you must first enter your Username and Password. We almost always recommend saving your login information for future references. To log in to your BeadBidz.com account, click either the Login Securely Button found on our homepage or by click on the Login Button on any page in our website.

BeadBidz.com does not share your login information with anyone regardless of situation; we assume that all of our members will do the same for future security purposes. BeadBidz.com uses Turbo SSL security system to guarantee all information submitted between the customer and our servers are 100% secured from any hacking attempts.

In the case that you lose your password, please click here. You will be asked to enter the e-mail address you chose when registering on our website. After submitting the necessary information, Beadbidz.com will email you your current username and password information.

BeadBidz Member’s area is a section where can control every aspect of your BeadBidz.com account.

Messaging:

Messaging is a unique system that we use to keep the buyer and us in communication throughout the buying process. We believe in great one on one customer service. Typically all messages are reviewed and answered in the order received; while most are answered within 12 hours of their receipt. Stay in touch with us, give us your feedback or your complaint, we are here to serve you better.

Bidding:

The bidding area is a section dedicated to show the buyer all the items they are currently bidding on with the amount they placed. This section will also show you whether you are currently winning or losing on an item you are interested in.

Reputation:

This is the best section of them all. Here you are able to view all the feedback we have posted in regards to your recent or past purchases. We believe that most customers earn the right to provide their feedback on their purchase, whether it was good, bad or neutral. We have a reputation system for us as well, so please rate us accordingly with the measure of your satisfaction.

About Me:

This section is dedicated to all who love personalizing their account. Tell us more about yourself show us your recent design or just be yourself. We believe in family oriented and neutral surroundings. We typically review all About Me pages, and anything interesting is typically announced in our news section on our homepage.

My Account:

Through this section, you are able to modify your personal information, including all but your username. Update your information in case you decided to move or change your contact e-mail address.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

• Your payments must be received within 5 DAYS from the time the auction closes.
• New Mexico residents, please add 6.75% sales tax to all your orders.
• Please be aware that the customer will pay customs fees on all packages shipped out of the United States.

SHIPPING PRICES:

• All U.S. orders will be shipped through either USPS or FedEx
• For FedEx Overnight deliveries shipping rates for your first item will be determined by the total Declared Value (D.V.) of your package (see below)
• To save money on shipping costs, please send one payment for all of your items.
• Items processed on the same invoice will be shipped together. Not all items can be processed together on the same invoice.
• Shipping rates are determined by item category. See Shipping Policies.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

• Upon receipt of funds, it may take BeadBidz.com up to 3 business days to ship your order. In certain seasons we might need more time to ship items.
• Handling charges include packaging material and insurance.
• All items (10 items per invoice - $1.20 for each additional item)

LOST OR NOT DELIEVERED ITEMS:

• Packages that are refused by the customer will automatically be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
• International orders that are refused by the customers may have customs duties and fees that must be paid in order to have the refused merchandise returned to BeadBidz.com. In these instances the customer will be assessed the full amount of the duty so BeadBidz.com can get their merchandise returned. Upon receipt of the item to BeadBidz.com, any cash balances after the payment of duties, less the 25% restocking fee, will be refunded to the customer in a timely-fashion.

MISSING ITEMS OR STOLEN/LOST PACKAGES:

If you do not receive your package, you must file a claim with BeadBidz.com within 72 HOURS from the scheduled delivery date of your package. BeadBidz.com will not be held liable under any circumstances for lost or stolen packages, packages with missing items, or vandalized packages if the customer does not contact BeadBidz.com within 72 HOURS from the scheduled delivery date of your package.

BeadBidz.com charges all sales a $1.20 fee for handling and insurance. All of your purchases are covered regardless of the outcome; however, customers must report to us within 72 hours to help us replace the lost or damaged unit immediately.

To ensure delivery of your merchandise please do not authorize/waive signature release with Federal Express, the Federal Express courier will re-deliver. In the event the customer has a signature release waiver on file with Federal Express, BeadBidz.com will not be held liable for missing or non-delivered merchandise.

Placing a bid on an item you are interested in, couldn’t be easier. When viewing the item details page you will have two areas from where you can place your bid, one next to the item details and a second at the bottom of the page.

Once done, you will be asked to review your bid and you will also be able to view vital item details such as the shipping conditions before confirming your bid. To submit your bid simply press the “Place Bid” button.

If your bid is high enough to take the lead in the auction a confirmation message will be displayed to you, however if your bid has not taken the lead be it due to a higher proxy bid or not meeting the reserve price, you will be invited to make a further bid.

Should you decide to retract your bid this can be done via the “Current Bids” section of the member’s area.

You can also place a proxy bid, proxy bidding allows you to place your “High Bid”. At all times you will only pay the lowest required bid should you win the auction. For example, if the current bid on an auction is 500.00 you can place a proxy bid of 2,000.

Should you remain the only bidder you will only pay 500.00. However should the item receive other bids the site will automatically re-bid for you (up to 2,000 in this scenario) to ensure you remain in the lead.

The auction watch features notifies you of newly listed auctions which contain keywords you have chosen. For example, if you are looking for a different kind of Aquamarine beads, you could enter in those keywords from within your 'members area' area. Each time a new auction is listed containing those keywords you will be notified via email.

The item watch features lets you keep a close eye on any auction without having to place a bid on it. This feature means you can be kept up to date on how an auction is doing and prepares you to place a winning last minute bid. You can watch any auction by clicking on the “Watch this item” link on any auction page.

You have up to 30-days to return items you have purchased at www.beadbidz.com, after your item has been received. You can request refunds by logging into your BeadBidz account and clicking on the “Return Item” tab. You will find this feature under the “list of options.” You can also use our Call Us to connect with one of our customer support representatives who will be glad to issue you your RMA#, which is the “Return of Merchandise Authorization number.”

Once you get your RMA number, you can use this number to track your returns. You need this number before a return is issued so keep it somewhere safe.
